Buena Vista Lights up Lakefront Park Bigger and Brighter in 2020

On Friday, November 27,  the second annual “Buena Vista: A Stroll in the Park” begins its 2020-2021 celebration in Hudson, WI. Area residents and visitors are welcome to experience the magic of thousands of lights in Lakefront Park along the St. Croix River.   Although large public gatherings are prohibited this year, the park is still open available to families and friends who are looking for ways to capture the holiday spirit. New activities this year include Santa’s Letter Box where children can deliver their letters and wish lists.  Also, photo opportunities are available under the lighted arches or in the picture frame with the lights in the background.

“Buena Vista: A Stroll in the Park,” honors the original name given Hudson, WI, by its founders. The canopy of lights and sparkling ornaments will adorn Lakefront Park during evenings through February 7, 2021.

“Buena Vista: A Stroll in the Park” is an expansion of a Historic Hudson tradition that recreates a festive and friendly atmosphere. The event is provided in partnership with SavATree and sponsored in part by the City of Hudson along with private and public donors who are listed at hudsonfortheholidays.org.
